My case:
I took my car to Marshall’s Auto Repair as a recommendation from my friend Tom. My car needed a new engine after D&H Quick Lube did not put enough oil in the tank when I took it in for a regular oil change. At Marshall’s, Brian tried everything he could to get me the best service, the best price and even provided a report to submit a claim to the insurance company. He was always in contact and making sure I was up to date on what was being done and worked extra hours without charging me for it. He really cares about his customer and his priority is helping them out.
